Sometimes I take a picture of a slide someone is showing for my notes. The other day, during an online call, I took some screenshots of slides containing only text, so I wondered if it might be possible to paste the screenshot into an ocr?

That morning I'd been playing with a web page that conveniently runs `ffmpeg` in the browser with web assembly, and I wondered if tesseract had also been given a similar treatment, and fortunately it had:

A few hacks later, and here's ocr-paste, a similar tool that allows pasting an image in the clipboard directly into the browser for those moments when you need the text from a screenshot:
